This Privacy Policy explains how Life Days Tracker ("the App") and its publisher RETEL GROUP s.r.o. ("we", "us", "our") handle information when you use the App and visit our website daystracker.app.

Summary (tl;dr)
- We do not show ads and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
- The App works with dates of birth that you enter (yours and optionally your family members) to calculate life days and a daily lucky number.
- These dates are stored locally on your device. They are not sent to us.
- Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple/Google. We receive transactional metadata from the store, not your full payment details.
Data we process in the App
- Date of birth (yours and contacts you add) – used to calculate life-day counters and daily numbers.
- Optional notes or names you assign to profiles – stored only on your device.
- Diagnostics/analytics – anonymized crash reports and basic usage events may be collected by Apple/Google to improve stability. We do not build user profiles.
Where the data is stored
By default, personal data you enter in the App is saved only on your device. If you enable platform backup/sync (e.g., iCloud/Google Drive) at the OS level, storage is provided by the platform under their terms.
Our legal bases (EEA/UK)
- Performance of a contract – to provide core functionality of the App after you install it.
- Legitimate interests – to keep the App secure, prevent abuse, and understand aggregated performance.
- Consent – where required by your jurisdiction (e.g., optional notifications).
Children
The App is suitable for a general audience but is not intended to collect data directly from children under 13 without the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Parents control which dates of birth are entered into the App.
Subscriptions & payments
Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive your full card details. You can cancel auto-renewing subscriptions at any time in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by the respective store's policies.
Data sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share minimal data with service providers as necessary to operate the App (e.g., crash analytics offered by the platform) under data-processing agreements.
International transfers
If any processing involves transfers outside the EEA/UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses provided by the platform vendors.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@daystracker.app. Because most data is stored locally on your device, you can also delete it directly in the App or by uninstalling the App.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect data. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
No medical advice
Life Days Tracker provides reflective and wellness-oriented content. It does not provide medical diagnoses or treatment advice and should not be used as a substitute for professional care.
Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted in the App or on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
