Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Life Days Tracker mobile application and website (daystracker.app) provided by RETEL GROUP s.r.o. ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the platform where you obtained the App (Apple App Store / Google Play).
2. Accounts and profiles
The App allows you to create life-day profiles for yourself and—optionally—for your family members. You are responsible for the accuracy of entered data and for obtaining appropriate permission to enter other people's information.
3. Subscriptions
- Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (e.g., monthly or yearly). Prices are shown in the App and may vary by region.
- Billing, trials, renewals and cancellations are handled by the store (Apple/Google). Manage your subscription in your store account settings. Refunds follow store policies.
- We may change features or pricing prospectively; existing billing periods are unaffected.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, including by: (i) attempting to reverse engineer or interfere with the App; (ii) using it for unlawful purposes; (iii) uploading harmful code; or (iv) infringing intellectual property or privacy rights.
5. Intellectual property
All rights, title and interest in the App, including content, graphics and trademarks, are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or other proprietary materials except as expressly provided.
6. Wellness disclaimer
The App offers reflective content and numerology-inspired features for personal insight and celebration of life milestones. It is not medical advice and must not be used to diagnose or treat any condition.
7. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we process and why.
8. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or misuse the service.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or revenues, arising from your use of the App.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also retain the mandatory protections of your home country's laws.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the App or legal requirements. If changes are material, we will notify you in the App or on this page. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
